We have been experimental cooks for over 25 years in Lancaster, PA.
In the past, we've enjoyed hosting large raucous parties as well as small
intimate gourmet dinners. Now it's your turn to have a party.
You host - We roast! That means we free you from the hassle of bondage
to your kitchen.
Our philosophy and practice is that pit-smoked meats are not your typical
fast food. We slowly cook your selection for up to 20 hours, using
a mixture of hickory and select fruitwoods to ensure the tenderness and
rich flavor of your meats.
Fred has been developing his barbecue and pit-smoking techniques over
the last 25 years. He has taken many cooking and bbq courses and
is credentialed as noted below:
