We have been experimental cooks for over 25 years in Lancaster, PA.
In the past, we've enjoyed hosting large raucous parties as well as small
intimate gourmet dinners. Now it's your turn to have a party.
For some folks, planning a party can be a daunting task,often fraying nerves. We can help. Our years of experience will enable us to show you some shortcuts through an on-site consultation.
Our philosophy and practice is that pit-smoked meats are not your typical
fast food. We slowly cook your selection for up to 20 hours, using
a mixture of hickory and select fruitwoods to ensure the tenderness and
rich flavor of your meats.
Fred is continuously refining his barbecue and pit-smoking techniques. Along with his own innovations,he has taken advantage of numerous cooking and bbq courses. In addition, our professional credentials and involvements include:
